Support the Rowlands Castle Village Fair by volunteering your services.
Volunteers needed
Every year the village fair committee are supported by dozens of volunteers who offer their services to help the efficient running of the fair. This year we’re actively seeking willing volunteers right from the get go. There are several different roles to perform, some more taxing than others. Some require specialist skills.

Have a look at what we’re looking for. Then when you’re ready to volunteer complete the online form and we’ll attempt to schedule your time accordingly. Note that some roles and times are very popular and may already be filled.
What’s in it for me?
We really value the time and effort our volunteers give to make the Village Fair such a success. To say thank you, we’re offering a small reward this year.
Give two hours (or more) of your time on the day, and we’ll treat you to something from the BBQ and a drink from the bar — a well-earned break on us.
It’s our way of showing appreciation for helping bring the Fair to life.

Magazine delivery
We may also need people who are prepared to deliver copies of the Village Fair Magazine in their locality.
This year’s magazine has been made available from local businesses since the beginning of May. And they’ve been shifting like hot cakes! The committee have decided to continue to use this self distribution method until early June, then decide whether or not to continue door to door delivery… which so far has only been done around the Charles Church estate.
If you’re not able to make it to one of the local distribution points to collect your own copy then please let us know using the form on the Contact Us page.
If you are willing to help with door to door delivery, should it be needed, then please complete the form on Contact Us.
