This year the horticultural show will be organised by the Rowlands Castle Gardening Club and its enthusiastic members.

For 2025 the show will be sponsored by the Rowlands Castle Village Fair.

The horticultural show will be in the Parish Hall, so take some time to see if you can enter into any of the categories of the show, and if not, just come along, have fun and help make it another fantastic day.

How to enter

1. Download the 2025 entry form using the links above.
2. Print as many entry forms as you need for you and your family.
3. Each exhibitor must complete one of the sections.
   Please write clearly in CAPITALS.
4. All categories are open to any age (except where stated). ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER CLASS
5. Deliver your completed entry forms by 8.30pm on Wednesday 2nd July to:

All exhibits must be in the marquee between 8.30am – 10.30am on the day of the fair. They can be collected from 4.30pm, but not earlier.

Gardens will be judged on Thursday 3rd July.
