Rowlands Castle Village Fair coming soon
The Rowlands Castle Village Fair is nearly here once again! This year, the big day falls on Saturday 5th July – mark your calendars.
Our beautiful village green will be transformed with vibrant craft stalls, fairground rides, the ever-popular village bar and BBQ, and live music on the stage throughout the day. Plus, plenty more events and attractions will be dotted around the green and nearby.
We’d love for you to join us and support this much-loved tradition. It’s the biggest event in the village calendar – and it wouldn’t be the same without you.
Thank you for helping to keep the spirit of the Village Fair alive!

It’s not always been the first Saturday in July
The Sponsorship boards for this year’s Rowlands Castle Village Fair have been erected around the village.
As you can see:
- this year’s main sponsors are Henry Adams Estate Agents
- and the event is on the first Saturday of July – ie the 5th.
But it’s not always been that way. With the help of the Rowlands Castle Heritage Centre and Rowlands Castle Historical Society we’ve dug into the past ( recent and distant ) and discovered a little more.

Rowlands Castle Village Fair on LinkedIn
We’re excited to launch the new LinkedIn page and public group for the Rowlands Castle Village Fair – join us to stay updated and connect with the community!
The more observant viewers of this website may have noticed a couple of changes in the social media icons at the bottom of each page.
- We no longer use X/Twitter, so have removed that link.
- In its place we’re going to try building a community on LinkedIn.
We’ve created both a page and a public group.
LinkedIn page
The LinkedIn page is connected to the website. Whenever we write a new post on the website the contents of that post can be shared to LinkedIn, in addition to sharing on Facebook and Instagram.
Well, that’s the theory. This post is the acid test. Wish us luck!
Public group
The public group enables anyone on LinkedIn to comment on the Rowlands Castle Village Fair.
For 2026 we may use this to group to communicate with potential sponsors, advertisers, stall holders and grand raffle prize sponsors.
Note: The icon in the footer of each page links you to the public group.

Village Fair magazines now available
The RCVF Committee are pleased to announce that this year’s magazine is hot off the press at Bishop’s Printers and will soon be available to village residents. A copy will either be delivered to your door, or you can pick one up from several locations throughout the village such as Londis or The Castle Inn.
The magazine contains entry forms for this year’s Horticultural Show, which this year is organised by the Rowlands Castle Gardening Club, and sponsored by the RCVF itself.

RCVF magazine 2025
This year’s verson of the magazine was sent to Bishop’s Printers earlier this week.
As soon as they arrive, copies will be made available in selected locations thoughout the village.
And our magazine delivery volunteers could be popping one through your door as early as the bank holiday weekend.
If you can’t wait, or don’t live in the Rowlands Castle delivery area, then why not read the online version.
