    You may enter any combination of categories.

    Submission and show timings for Horticultural Show:

    • Deliver completed entry forms by 8.30pm on Wednesday 1 July to: Fiona Charlesworth, 1 Yardlea Close, Rowlands Castle PO9 6DQ (off The Drift)
    • All exhibits to be brought to the Parish Hall (Links Lane) between 8.30am and 10.30am on the day of the fair
    • Entries submitted after 10.30am will not be judged
    • Horticultural Show open to the public: 12.00pm – 4.00pm
    • Entries to be collected from 4.00pm (no earlier)

    Garden Show entry deadline and judging:

    • All Garden Show entries to arrive by Friday 26 June; same address as above
    • Gardens will be judged on the morning of Tuesday 30 June

    Wow – what an amazing day we had yesterday at the Rowlands Castle Village Fair! The weather was challenging but the atmosphere was buzzing, and it was so wonderful to see our community come together to celebrate everything that makes Rowlands Castle so special. 💛

    On behalf of the Rowlands Castle Village Fair Committee, we would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who made this year’s event such a success:

    But it’s not always been that way. With the help of the Rowlands Castle Heritage Centre and Rowlands Castle Historical Society we’ve dug into the past ( recent and distant ) and discovered a little more.
