Rowlands Castle Village Fair on LinkedIn

We’re excited to launch the new LinkedIn page and public group for the Rowlands Castle Village Fair – join us to stay updated and connect with the community!

The more observant viewers of this website may have noticed a couple of changes in the social media icons at the bottom of each page.

    • We no longer use X/Twitter, so have removed that link.
    • In its place we’re going to try building a community on LinkedIn.

We’ve created both a page and a public group.

    LinkedIn page

The LinkedIn page is connected to the website. Whenever we write a new post on the website the contents of that post can be shared to LinkedIn, in addition to sharing on Facebook and Instagram.

Well, that’s the theory. This post is the acid test. Wish us luck!

    Public group

The public group enables anyone on LinkedIn to comment on the Rowlands Castle Village Fair.

For 2026 we may use this to group to communicate with potential sponsors, advertisers, stall holders and grand raffle prize sponsors.

Note: The icon in the footer of each page links you to the public group.

  • New WordPress site for 2025

It’s not too late to reserve a stall.

    or to volunteer your services

    Volunteers needed

Would you like to be one of those people ‘too numerous to mention’ and help out at this year’s fair?

    We’re looking for volunteers.

Friday 3rd July, from 4.00pm. Set up bunting, parking cones and other fixtures.

Saturday 4th July, from 7.00am until closing at 11.00pm. Offer your services for a variety of roles throughout the day.

Sunday 5th July, early morning: take down and tidy up.

    Other notes

    • You may notice that the long URL redirects to the shorter one.
    • This year’s magazine cover uses an image created by Nanne Tiggelman, from Pixabay.
    • Expect to see a few tweaks to the website over the remaining weeks before the fair.
